Applications are invited from interested and motivated candidates for the post of Research
Associate-1 (RA-1) in a time bound research project for a temporary period, purely on
contractual basis as per the following details.

- Project Title- Ideal Molecular Design Strategy for Metal-Free
TADF Emitters for Efficient OLEDs - Department- Materials Research Centre (MRC),
IISc-Bangalore. - Tenure- 3 Years
- Job Description- Conducting experiments, collecting and analyzing
data, and assisting in the preparation of reports and
publications. The role involves adherence to project
guidelines, and a commitment to advancing the
research objectives of the team or organization. - Essential Qualification- Ph.D. in Chemistry or Physics with minimum two
research articles in SCI journals. Candidates with a
background in synthetic organic, photophysics, and
OLED device fabrication will be preferred - Age Limit- Not more than 32 years
- Age relaxation- The upper age limit is relax-able up-to 5
years in the case of candidates belonging to scheduled
castes/tribes/OBC, women and physically
handicapped candidates. - Fellowship- As per CSIR norms
